Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Project Kymera website and service operated by Stuck Cog LLC.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Project Kymera is an automation tool that aggregates Twitch clips and uploads them to YouTube. We provide the processing engine; you provide the content.
3. Copyright & Content Ownership
- Your Content: You retain all rights and ownership of your Twitch clips, VODs, and any custom assets (intros/outros) you upload.
- Copyright Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses for all content you process through our service (including background music in clips). Stuck Cog LLC is not responsible for copyright strikes, DMCA takedowns, or content ID claims resulting from your use of the service.
- Core Assets: Transition assets provided by Project Kymera are license-free for use within the videos generated by our platform.
4. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Stuck Cog LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Stuck Cog LLC be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information, for business interruption, or for any bans/suspensions issued by Twitch or YouTube) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.
6. Third-Party Terms
Project Kymera uses YouTube API Services. By using our service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after those revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
